How Body Ready Birth Works
This experience is intentionally structured to give you both foundation and application.
Part 1: BRB Foundations (self-paced mini course)
Before we meet live, you’ll move through a short, focused mini course that covers:
The anatomy of birth and how your body is designed to work
The stages of labor and what to expect in each phase
How to time contractions and recognize labor patterns
What cervical checks mean — and how to think through them
Key concepts that help you stay oriented and confident
You arrive at the live class already informed, steady, and prepared to apply what you’ve learned.
Part 2: Live Body Ready Birth (BRB) Class
During our live session, we practice.
Together, you will:
Move through functional birth positions
Learn alignment strategies you can use immediately
Practice partner-supported techniques
Explore breath and nervous system regulation
Receive real-time coaching and feedback
This is hands-on, practical, and interactive.
You won’t just understand birth — you’ll feel prepared to move through it.
