In-Person Birth Doula Support

A calm, steady presence — right by your side.

Every birth deserves a grounded, trusted guide. As your in-person birth doula, I’m there to protect your space, advocate for your preferences, and walk with you through each stage of labor with calm, unwavering support.

I serve families birthing within 60 minutes of Monticello, prioritizing home births, physiological hospital births, and repeat clients who value familiar care. Because I limit my calendar, availability fills quickly — your birth day matters, and I keep space for it.

What You’ll Receive

Your birth deserves care that’s steady, informed, and fully tailored to your needs. My in-person doula support blends hands-on comfort, continuous emotional presence, and holistic preparation—helping you move through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with confidence and calm.

Prenatal Preparation

Two 90-minute in-person prenatal visits give us space to build trust, clarify your birth preferences, and practice comfort strategies that support both body and mind. You’ll also receive a personalized virtual Body Ready Method assessment with a custom movement plan tailored to your pregnancy. In addition, your package includes access to my quarterly Body Ready Birth class, which you can attend if the timing aligns with your pregnancy. Between visits, you’ll have continuous support via text, email, and phone, with 24/7 on-call availability beginning the day you hire me.

Continuous Labor Support

From the first sign of change, I provide guidance and reassurance via phone or text, joining you in person when your body or mind signals it’s time. I offer hands-on comfort measures, position guidance, and continuous encouragement for you and your partner. As your calm, steady presence, I protect your space, advocate for your wishes, and help you make confident, informed decisions. Immediate postpartum support for up to two hours helps you and your baby transition gently into those first precious moments together.

Postpartum Care

After your baby is born, I’ll check in within 24 hours to see how you’re doing and provide support as you adjust. You also receive one two-hour postpartum visit in the first two weeks to use for breastfeeding help, emotional debrief, or extra hands-on care. Beyond the visit, you’ll continue to have access to local resources, planning tools, and referrals to trusted professionals should you need additional care. My role is to help you feel seen, supported, and steady as you step into this new chapter.

Grounded, Intuitive, and Fully Present

Your birth is deeply personal — it’s your body, your experience, and your baby. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and my role as your doula is to hold space with calm, attentive presence that helps you feel safe, empowered, and fully in control of your choices.

My support is both grounded and intuitive. I pay close attention to the subtle shifts in your physical and emotional state, knowing when to step in with comforting touch or guidance, and when to simply hold quiet space. I protect your privacy and create a calm, sacred environment where you can trust your instincts and focus inward.

Whether you choose a home birth or a physiological hospital birth, you’ll have a steady, compassionate guide who honors your preferences and advocates for your wishes with kindness and confidence. Together, we navigate your birth journey with respect, trust, and unwavering support.

Let’s Connect

The best way to see if we’re a good fit is with a Discovery Call. I take a very limited number of in-person clients each month to ensure focused, personalized care, so I encourage you to reach out early.

During our Discovery Call, we’ll get to know each other, explore your hopes for your birth, and make sure our personalities and approach align with your ideal birth plan. This is your chance to ask questions, share what matters most to you, and feel confident that you’ll have the calm, steady support you deserve on your birth day.

  1. Fill out the inquiry form – share a few details about your pregnancy and birth goals.

  2. Schedule a Discovery Call – a brief, relaxed conversation to ensure we’re the right fit for each other.

  3. Secure your spot – confirm your in-person doula package with a signed agreement and deposit to hold your birth date.
